What Happens When You Refuse to Compromise on Quality
Steel garden edging has earned its place in beautiful landscapes. Weathering steel gives you that rich, earthy character, and in the right conditions, it performs superbly. But its protection depends on a specific cycle of wetting and drying in open air. Coastal salt air, poolside splash, acidic soils, poor drainage: each one changes how the steel responds.
With so many environmental variables at play, long-term performance can be unpredictable, and impossible to guarantee.
We’ve spent a decade working with weathering steel and we understand every one of those variables. But we wanted to build something uncompromising. A product where the quality of every layer, every component, and every detail means none of those variables matter. That took two years of dedicated development.
The result is Signature Powder Coat.
It starts with galvanised steel, not plain steel. Then we apply Interpon, the most premium powder coat available globally, selected for its adhesion to galvanised steel, UV resistance, and flexibility on curved profiles. If the coating is ever scratched, moisture meets zinc instead of bare steel. No bubbling. No hidden corrosion. Three architectural finishes. A modular panel system that installs without cutting or welding.
And a 25-year structural warranty that no one else in the category can match.
What you’re buying is not just a premium quality product, but peace of mind.
Black is now available in Zero-Flex 240mm and Zero-Flex 560mm. Other styles and finishes, including Patina (weathering steel look) and White, are available for backorder.

Watch InstallationThe Quality Is in Every Layer
- It starts with galvanised steel. Not plain steel.
The quality of a powder coated product isn’t just in the finish. It’s in every layer underneath. Every powder coat develops micro cracks over time, invisible to the eye. On plain steel, moisture gets through and corrosion begins behind the coating. That’s the bubbling you may have seen. On galvanised steel, moisture meets zinc instead. Nothing happens. No bubbling. No hidden corrosion. The galvanised steel base is what the 25-year structural warranty covers, because that’s the layer that makes everything else possible. - Interpon powder coat. The most premium finish available globally.
Not all powders are the same. Very few even adhere to galvanised steel. We selected Interpon for its adhesion, UV resistance, and flexibility on curved profiles. It’s the coating specified for architectural facades, applied to garden edging. We wouldn’t settle for less. - Three fade-resistant architectural finishes
Black is available to order now. Patina (weathering steel look) delivers the rich corten aesthetic from day one, with no rusting-in period, no bleeding, and no staining on adjacent surfaces. White brings clean, contemporary contrast against timber, stone, and garden greens. Each finish is UV-stable and engineered to hold its colour far longer than standard powder coats. - Modular panel system. No cutting. No welding. No fabrication.
Powder coated steel can’t be cut on site. Our modular system means it doesn’t need to be. Different length panels combine in 8-inch (200mm) increments for Flex and Rigid, and 4-inch (100mm) increments for Zero-Flex, to create any length you need. It arrives off the shelf, ready to install. - Flex curves by hand. No tools, no kinking.
Shape smooth, flowing curves on site without special equipment. The Interpon coating flexes with the steel without cracking or compromising the finish. That flexibility is one of the reasons we chose it. - 25-year structural warranty. The longest in the category.
More than double the guarantee offered by any comparable product. The structural warranty covers the galvanised steel base, the foundation that prevents bubbling, corrosion, and failure. We don’t offer 25 years because it’s a nice number. We offer it because we know exactly what’s underneath the finish. - Plastic-free, water-resistant packaging
We spent months developing packaging that protects the finish without polystyrene or plastic wrap. Every box is cardboard treated with organic oil to repel water. When we say we obsess over quality, we mean every detail, not just the product inside. - One product. Decades of value.
A product that lasts 25+ years means you’re not replacing it every few seasons. Less waste. Less cost over time. More value from a single purchase. And when it eventually reaches its aesthetic end of life, the steel is still fully intact. Re-coat it, repurpose it, or resell it.

Three Years of Proof. One Metre from a Pool.
Three years ago, we installed a powder coated 240 edge one metre from a swimming pool. After the concrete was poured, grinding tools broke through the powder coat in several places. In some spots, the zinc layer underneath was also damaged.
For three years, that edge has been splashed with chlorinated salt water daily.
The result: no bubbling. No spreading corrosion. No failure of any kind. Where the steel is exposed, there’s a faint surface reaction, but the zinc surrounding the damage has stopped any further corrosion entirely.
This is what happens when the quality goes all the way through. The finish is premium. The base is galvanised. And even when both are compromised, the system holds. That’s the standard we build to.
