Shipping Policy:

Our products are delivered using third-party partners. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the order and if there is access to a forklift for unloading the delivery. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total prior to checkout. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary by location.


Refund Policy:

Please choose carefully and triple-check that you have ordered all of your required accessories. If you’re unsure about what you need, please contact your State Representative before you place your order.

If you have an issue with any of the supplied materials, please raise this with us within 24 hours of receipt for consideration of return. Claims on goods that arrive damaged or short-delivered must be made within 24 hours of receipt and be accompanied by photographic evidence. Please contact your State Rep immediately should a problem arise.

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong product decision. In the case of a dealer, returns will generally not be considered for weathering steel products since these should be selling quite consistently. Ask your State Rep if you and/or your team need some specific sales training in these products.

If we do agree to take back incorrectly ordered items, there are some things about which we need to be clear:

  • All products returned must be in as-new condition upon receipt by the warehouse. Anything less will not be accepted.
  • Returning goods will be entirely the responsibility of the purchaser, including arranging and covering the cost of transport to do so.
  • Before return occurs, a Straightcurve team member will contact the purchaser with a reference number for an incoming goods receipt. It is vital that, when goods are returned, this number accompanies the return, and that no return is attempted without first being given this number. Invalid return attempts will be refused by the warehouse and all subsequent transport costs associated will continue to lie with the purchaser.
  • A restocking fee of $100 or 15% of the order value – whichever is greater – will apply.
  • Credit (minus the restocking fee) will be applied to your account (or refunded to the purchasing card for prepaid customers) once the respective warehouse has advised that they have received the goods back into stock.

Where goods are found to be faulty or different from the product purchased on the website, or don’t perform as advertised, a choice of refund, exchange or credit may be offered.
