Delivery Information
What is the order/delivery process?
- Place your order on the shop and pay via credit card
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email
- Your order goes to the warehouse and your order will be picked
- Orders received before 9am will be shipped the same day
- The delivery company picks up your order at 12pm and brings it to the collection depot
- You’ll receive an order despatch email and delivery is within the next 3 days
- The next day your order will move to the delivery depot
- Small orders are boxed and delivered to the discretion of the the delivery company
- Large orders are palletised and the delivery company will contact you via phone to schedule delivery
- Delivery will be made
- You can start installing your Straightcurve garden edging

What are the delivery fees?
1. All orders
Orders attract a £12 delivery fee
Orders above £150 attract free delivery
2. UK Islands, no standard delivery

3. Northern Ireland / Ireland, no standard delivery
