No Quibble Returns
There is an issue with my product. What should I do?
If you think there is any issue with a product, please contact us in the first instance by emailing info@straightcurve.uk. It becomes more difficult to deal with product issues once the product has been installed. If you feel that there is an issue with the product prior to installation, yet you go ahead and install the product, you are accepting the goods and you may have less recourse for a complaint if raising the issue afterward.
If there has been a mistake with your order, the material arrives at site damaged, is faulty, or not as described you have 30 days from the day of delivery to arrange a return. Please understand that oxidation can develop naturally whilst in storage or transit, which may appear uneven or localised. This is a natural aging process and does not constitute damage. Keep products under cover until you’re ready to install. If there is an issue with your product then Straightcurve will collect the material at our own cost. Once again, all can be arranged after an initial email to us.
Can I return Straightcurve products if I don’t like them or have just changed my mind?
As with any online purchase you have the right to cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. As long as the products are returned in the same unused condition and the original packaging. Due to the bulky nature of items, this is particularly important for safe returns. This being the case you will receive a full refund or exchange for the materials.
If you exercise your right to cancel within 14 days, we will take care of return freight for you – all you need to do is contact us via email with a suitable collection day & time. Please give us at least 2 working days’ notice in advance of your preferred pick-up day. We will issue your refund within 14 days of the goods being returned.
Does Straightcurve charge re-stocking fees on 14-day returns?
Whether you’re a Retail or a Trade customer, you will not be charged a re-stocking fee for any goods returned within the 14 day period.
